The coach confirmed that his acceptance of this new challenge stems from his great confidence in the team and the current group of players.
Isaila referred to the challenges he faces before the match, saying:
“Yes, the period of time to prepare for this match is short, as we started the first training session today, but we will work to prepare the players in the best possible way.”
The coach stressed his great respect for Al Wasl team, indicating that it is a strong team with high-quality players, and provides distinguished performance even during times of decline. He added that this match is different from the previous two matches that brought together Bani Yas and Al Wasl, because the team is now fully-fledged after the return of the international players.
Regarding the team’s absences, Isaiala explained that Bani Yas will miss the services of both Khamis Al Mansouri and Khamis Al Hammadi due to suspension, but he stressed the importance of focusing on the future and moving beyond the past:
“We must be positive and change the image. Our goal is to return Bani Yas to its natural place and its usual level. We will focus on our performance and work hard to please our fans.”
