Baniyas stumbled against its guest, Shabab Al Ahli, with a score of 2-1, in the match that was held at Al Shamkha Stadium for the 11th round of the ADNOC Professional League.

Shabab Al-Ahly took the lead in the 18th minute through Brazilian Matheus Lima, after a cross from Hareb Suhail, which he successfully finished into the net.

Baniyas tried to come back in the second half, but Shabab Al Ahly quickly scored the second goal through the same player, Matheus Lima, in the 47th minute.

In the 58th minute, Bani Yas succeeded in reducing the difference through Taulant Solgmanov, after he caught Suhail Al Noubi’s falling ball in the penalty area, and turned it into the net in a distinctive way.

The remaining minutes of the match passed without any change in the score, and Shabab Al-Ahly won the match.

With this loss, Baniyas' score stopped at point 13 in eighth place.
