The Baniyas First Team suffered a 4–0 defeat against Al Jazira, in the match held on Friday evening at Baniyas Stadium in Al Shamkha as part of Matchweek 4 of the ADNOC Pro League.

Al Jazira took the lead in the 15th minute through Vinícius Melo, before Bruno Oliveira doubled the score from the penalty spot in the 45+1 minute. Abdullah Ramadan added the third goal in the 45+7 minute, and Melo returned to score his second and Al Jazira’s fourth in the 51st minute.

Despite attempting to reduce the deficit in the second half, Baniyas were unable to convert their chances, while the visiting side maintained control and preserved their advantage until the final whistle.

Following this result, Baniyas remain without points after four rounds of the competition. The team will resume preparations for the upcoming fixtures, aiming to return to positive results in the league.
